For the past few weeks, representatives of the Humanosh Emergency Medical Team and MSAR Poland have been working at the WHO EMTCC (Emergency Medical Team Coordination Cell) in Cairo, which was established to support the international medical teams (EMTs) providing assistance in Gaza. Together with a representative of the World Health Organization (WHO), they formed a three-person team that was responsible for all coordination of the international teams’ activities, their deployment, transfers, border crossing and formal-legal aspects.
